SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM
Kids Community school year programs begin on the first day of school and end on the last day of school. Our school year programs are intended to offer an affordable, high quality and safe childcare option for families while providing educational and enrichment opportunities for children. Before School Program
Our Before School program opens at 7:00 each morning and children are dismissed to their classrooms at bell time. This program provides a safe place for kids to enjoy low energy activities before school begins.
After School Program
Kids Comunity’s After School program is open every day after school until 6:00pm. This after school enrichment program offers a variety of activities for children to choose from including art, science, drama, music, group games and more.
Clubs
During the school year, Kids Community offers a wide variety of after school classes which include music, theater, art, craft, science, martial arts, circus arts, sports and much more. Check out our Clubs page for more information.
Teen Leadership Cooperative (TLC)
Youth in grades 6th through 8th can participate in our Teen Leadership Cooperative (TLC) which is a new program designed to offer more independence and leadership opportunities for older kids. TLC programming is centered around youth organized leadership and community service projects.
Closure Days, Winter Break, Spring Break
Kids Community is open from 7:00am until 6:00pm on all PPS In-Service days, Teacher Planning days, Winter and Spring Break. We offer a variety of activities through out the day including craft projects, cooking, science, group games, field trips, special guests and more.
